The History

Simpsonfork, what the heck is that?  We get asked all the time.  Is it a company?  Do you own a ranch?
Simpsonfork is the name we chose to represent our 1 acre property in the Chicago suburb of LaGrange, IL.  The home was located on a dead-end road that had 5 other homes.  Our friends joked about how cool it would be if they bought all of the other houses on the street as they became available and then we could put a banner over the road calling this area ... Simpsonfork (like the TV show Dallas' SouthFork Ranch) but, not so much.

While that particular vision did not come to fruition, we did move to Dallas in 2001 and well you know we just HAD to keep the naming convention.  I cannot remember when I bought the domain name but it has lasted and this site will share information about our family and our homes over the years.
